A bit about me
Hi, I’m Victoria — an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist (and an absolute foodie) with a huge passion for what I do. I’ve especially always been passionate about the role nutrition plays in our physical and mental health, especially when it comes to the interplay of the gut-brain connection and the benefits of Mediterranean-inspired eating.
My story
Despite being born and raised in Melbourne, I’ve always strongly identified with my Greek heritage. Growing up, I knew nothing other than the Mediterranean diet.
Gut health initially became the focus of my career after struggling with gut troubles myself since I was a teenager. Throughout my journey to improve my own gut health, I re-discovered my roots and began to apply Mediterranean-style eating and stress management once again. Well, it worked, and now here I am, passing it on to others!
I now enjoy utilising my vast experiences of the holistic Mediterranean lifestyle, combined with my deep knowledge of the role of nutrition in improving our health and wellbeing, to lead my clients to a life free of painful symptoms, stress and unnecessary dieting & restricting.
