A bit about me
Hi, I’m Victoria, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist (+ a huge foodie) with an immense passion for what I do. I’ve always especially been passionate about the role nutrition plays in our physical and mental health, especially when it comes to the interplay of the gut-brain connection and the benefits of Mediterranean-style eating.
My story
Born and raised in Melbourne in a big, loud Greek family, I’ve always strongly identified with my heritage. Growing up, I knew nothing other than the Mediterranean diet & way of living. Food has always been fun, nutritious (and especially delicious), and a way to connect with people.
Gut health initially became the focus of my career after experiencing IBS myself in my late teens. Throughout my journey to improve my own gut health, I re-discovered my roots and began to apply Mediterranean-style eating and stress management into my life again.
And the rest is history…
I now enjoy utilising my vast lived experiences of a holistic Mediterranean lifestyle, combined with my deep knowledge of the role of nutrition in improving our health and wellbeing, to lead my clients to a life free of painful symptoms, stress and unnecessary dieting & restricting.
If you’re looking for a dietitian that knows nutrition like bees know honey, you’re in the right place!
