Hey! I’m Victoria, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist with a serious passion for what I do!

I’ve always been passionate about the role nutrition plays in our physical and mental health, especially when it comes to the interplay of the gut-brain connection and the benefits of Mediterranean-style eating & living.

My story

Born and raised in Melbourne in a big, loud Greek family, I’ve always strongly identified with my heritage. Growing up, I knew nothing other than the Mediterranean diet & way of living - delicious & nutritious food, love and laughter over the dinner table, daily digestion-aiding strolls after meals with family. Food to me has always been fun, nutritious (and especially delicious), and a way to connect with people.

I realised that I wanted to make my career all about leading others to understand this simple but effective way of life. Where food isn’t about rules. Where food can be both nutritious and completely fun. Where you don’t need to rely on 12 different supplements a day to think of yourself as ‘healthy’.

And the rest is history…

I now enjoy utilising my vast lived experiences of a holistic Mediterranean lifestyle, combined with my deep knowledge of the role of nutrition in improving our health and wellbeing, to lead my clients to a life free of painful symptoms, stress and unnecessary dieting & restricting.
