The simple act of eating can be challenging for people with gastrointestinal troubles. Having experienced chronic gut troubles myself, I can tell you one thing - it doesn’t have to be this way.

I utilise elements of the Mediterranean lifestyle (Mediterranean-style eating, stress reduction and strengthening of the gut-brain connection) to heal guts and nourish bodies & minds.
